DIVACS was in that familiar stage where the core idea was strong but the product still felt unfinished. The workflows worked, but the experience was hard to trust, hard to explain, and not ready to represent the company well.

I worked across product design, frontend polish, branding, and marketing so the team could move from a functional MVP to a more coherent product and a clearer public presence.

Inteliome started with a simple idea: let people ask questions about documents and data in plain language instead of digging through them by hand. As the product grew, so did the complexity.

I joined during an early six month stretch to lead product design, bring structure to the interface, create the design system, and work closely with developers so the product could grow without becoming harder to use.

The world of enterprise compliance is notoriously complex. Companies, especially in the US, face a dense web of regulations, reporting requirements, and internal controls. Managing this often involves cumbersome spreadsheets, disparate systems, and significant manual effort, leading to inefficiencies and potential risks.

Gocchii aimed to cut through this complexity. Their vision was an integrated, user-friendly SaaS platform that would become the central hub for organizations to manage their compliance activities effectively. The "current normal" for their target users was often frustration and inefficiency.
